It is the second one I buy because I am delighted with the product. Both wet and dry, in a few round passes, as if you were massaging, remove all the hairy no matter how long or hard, you will only have to pass more or less times in the same area. Use on dry skin with light circular movements. it looks like a fine D Agia sandpaper. very good!
