I'm so glad that I ordered this. It does a really good job. There's so expensive to buy at the dentist office. This was a really good fit.

Once moulded the fit is snug and I think the main point is to move your lower jaw and the placement of your tongue. The first night I tried this it worked. There was no snoring and none anytime I have used it since. I am delighted and I am so happy that this works that I need backups!!
